ACCOUNT DELETION GUIDE
We are sorry to see you go. If you wish to delete your KOKIRI account and all associated data, you can do so by following the instructions below.
Option 1: Delete Account via the KOKIRI App
You can easily delete your account directly from within the app:
- Open the KOKIRI app on your iOS or Android device.
- Log in to your account.
- Navigate to the My Page tab.
- Tap on My Account.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm the deletion.
Option 2: Request Account Deletion via Email
If you no longer have access to the app or prefer that we delete your account for you, you can submit a deletion request via email.
- Send an email to support@koy.company.
- Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
- Include the email address or the social login method (e.g., Google, Apple) associated with your KOKIRI account so we can verify your identity.
Our support team will process your request and delete your account data within a reasonable timeframe (typically within 7 days) in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Important Notes
- Data Removal: Deleting your account will permanently remove all your learning progress, saved items, and personal information from our active databases. This action cannot be undone.
- Active Subscriptions: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel any active subscriptions made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Please ensure you cancel your subscriptions directly in your device's subscription settings to avoid future charges.
- Data Retention: We may retain certain data for a limited period if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., transaction records), as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
